The brief
The DECA Properties head office in Al Barsha — a project several firms had turned down, because an active car park sat directly below the shaft.
Our engineers recalculated the basement beam loads and added steel reinforcement before installing a glass office lift with a 300 mm pit, clad in reflective glass to suit the interior. Precision engineering, exactly where it was hardest.
