A luxury villa on Al Zeina Island, Abu Dhabi, with a basement directly beneath the shaft — a structural puzzle that called for detailed load analysis before a single component was set.
We delivered a hydraulic car with an ultra-low 150 mm pit, engineered for smooth, quiet travel where deep excavation simply wasn't possible.
