Emirates Hills Mansion

One of Dubai's most talked-about residences, set in Emirates Hills, where the lift had to hold its own against extraordinary architecture — reading as a sculptural feature beside the floating staircase rather than a service tucked away.

We engineered a full-height glass car within a double-glazed shaft for a near-silent, low-vibration ride and refined acoustics, driven by a Montanari (Italy) gearless machine and set into a shallow 500 mm pit so it sits cleanly within the structure.
